FORM
FORM is an interactive luminaire. The luminaire's detachable face panel houses a plurity of optic fibre pins. The user makes his own endless configurations by pushing shapes into the pins, eg: his face. The pins move freely backwards and forewards without falling as they have heads at both ends. The panel is placed onto the luminaire and the pin profile is then illuminated by the light source. The more pins the greater the definition, akin to pixels. Next prototype will house over 40,000 pins at .25mm diameter in a panel the size of a human face.
