I am in the process of establishing a unique Nordic food-design concept ('Malmø nordic dining'), aiming to introduce Nordic inspired food (healthy and fresh, with pure flavours)to Londoners and the International community. The concept consists of 3 parts 1) restaurant and deli where home-made products are sold 2) catering, focusing mainly on Nordic businesses 3) design hub: The venue will be used as a showroom for artists/designers who have recently ’made-it’ in the Nordic region, but not yet abroad. Here they can launch, show and sell their products/art, and the venue will also be used by the Nordic food and design organisations whenever they need to represent themselves abroad. The concept will start with one venue, in London, but it is replicateable, giving 'Malmø nordic dining' potential of expanding to other metropoles around the globe.
