Slider Studio is an architectural practice and computational design specialist. We employ architects and computer scientists, working together to develop design software and plug ins which we sell to other architects, or use ourselves in offering our services. We invest heavily in R and D and work extensively with University of East London where we rent office space. We are about to launch Sitecapacity.com which offers local authorities and developers comparitive 3d models of their housing developments, spatially valiadating the development economics spreadsheets and thereby providing more robust appraisals, especially for Public funded land acquisitions. This development has benefited from an LDA SME Innovation grant. We are also developing Youcanplan software which is multi user online immersive world software for the housing and property industries, used for public consultation and online planning submissions, marketing homes off plan, and offering specification customisation. We are now considering the investment funding option to help bring all our technologies together into a single 3d online platform that adds value to a variety of collaborating stakeholders in design, planning, construction and property development world, and which raises revenue through subscriptions, advertising, and ultimately off plan property sales commissions.
