The Access to Finance programme is designed to assist businesses from across the capital raise finance to start up or further develop their business.
This heavily subsidised programme contributes to the provision of consultancy support in order to produce a business or investment plan. Access to Finance places significant emphasis upon finance raised as a result of this intervention.
The programme will assist businesses from across the capital, with particular reference to those wards and boroughs where the occurrence of disadvantage is highest, as measured by the indices of deprivation.
