The one day workshop is a scaled down version of the g2i 4-day Investment Readiness Programme workshop to provide companies with an insight into the equity investment programme.  Four key areas are addressed - Financials (including company valuation), IP (how to protect your innovation), Legals (particularly shareholder agreements) and Marketing (route to market, identification of markets - not how to market).
