This event looks at environmentally sustainable methods for reducing CO2, evaluates best practice in transport across the supply chain and identifies the best ways of reducing food packaging waste.

Speakers include representatives from the Carbon Trust, Cadbury, Tate & Lyle, United Biscuits, Severn Trent Water, Faber Maunsell, WRAP and University College London.
